Purpose
The Committee on Church Property has the responsibility of overseeing the care and maintenance of the church building and grounds. They sponsor volunteer workdays twice per year, pursue all relatively large-scale building improvement projects, and oversee space use by outside organizations.

Committee meetings
Ad hoc, approximately six per year, as deemed necessary by committee chairs, with specific scheduling for each meeting determined on the basis of committee-wide conversation.
